1. Tip 1 - Eat Fresh Fruits Instead of Unhealthy Snacks - One thing you may want to do to help get rid of belly fat is to start eating more fruits instead of eating those unhealthy snacks that are harmful. Tip 3 - Drink More Water and Less Soda - Many people do not realize how many calories they are drinking when they are drinking sodas, and even if you drink diet sodas a lot, you will still suffer from the bloating effects that soda can have on you. Do Drink water is a much better idea than drinking soda. Water is greatest source  for your body, it keeps you feeling full, and it is calorie free.

4. Tip 4 - Go with Lean Meats - Many meats are full of fat and calories, but there are some lean meats that are better choices for people who are trying to lose belly fat. Choose the lean meats, like chicken, turkey, fish, and some of the beef cuts. As they taste wonderful and you’ll get great protein without as many calories and as much fat.
